Urban zen - rooftop yoga on wednesday

Join us on rooftop GAPP for your Wednesday morning yoga session. Enjoy a stunning view as you connect with your body and unwind your mind. The session focusses on breathwork, yoga postures and a short meditation to boost your energy of the day.

The sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. It's possible to book your session individually each week. We recommend comfortable sportswear, and yoga mats are provided by us - but feel free to bring your favourite mat. Let's start the workday together in the right way!

In case of rain, the session will be moved to an indoor space in Hotel Casa - based on availability.
